The One Who Gives Name Avenger and Captain America in Avenger
When you think of the Avengers, you probably think of Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor. But they weren’t the ones who named the superhero team. The character who did not appear in the first film, namely Janet van Dyne (The Wasp) was the first to give this nickname. not Janet, but her daughter, Hope van Dyne. In addition to being a founding member of the Avengers in the comics, Van Dyne personally funded the team and served as leader of the Avengers for a long time, proving how important he is to the team.
Furthermore, It’s understandable that many people consider Captain America to be one of the founding members of the Avengers. Then, He was pretty much the main character of the group, and the film was even titled The First Avenger. However, if the filmmakers tried to be as accurate as possible to the comic version, maybe they would name the film The Sixth Avenger.
In, addition, Modern depictions of Cap didn’t appear until the fourth issue of The Avengers, where he was found frozen on an iceberg. He quickly joined the team, replacing the Hulk, who quit because he was constantly bickering with his comrades. Later, Cap would be given “founder status” in Avengers, but that was only really done as a replacement for the Hulk. Because basically Iron Man and Thor said they liked Steve Rogers more than the Hulk.

The Destiny of Spiderman in Avenger
Though it doesn’t seem necessary to bother having Spider-man in the Avengers, as he didn’t become a full member until Brian Michael Bendis added him with the launch of the New Avengers title in 2004. His official inclusion comes 40 years after he first crossed paths with the team. Prior to that, he had a somewhat confusing “reserve member” status. He wasn’t officially on the team, and he didn’t get a room in the mansion, but he could still be summoned to fight the villains.
Basically Spider-Man is an unpaid superhero “apprentice”, given that Spider-Man has been fighting crime long before the Avengers existed.
